Customer data
Practices retain ownership of their operational content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. Customer agreements and any Business Associate Agreement (where applicable) control handling of regulated health information.
Availability and changes
We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, security controls, and these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or to customer contacts when appropriate.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Clinical and claims decisions remain the responsibility of licensed professionals and the customer practice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AEK’s liability arising from the Service is limited as set out in the governing customer agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
Unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
